Reservation Policies
Rentals under 90 days: -50% deposit required at time of reservation -Balance due 15 days prior to arrival unless it is a Holiday week, balance due 30 days prior to arrival -If reservations are made within 15 days of arrival, full payment is required -Security deposit payable in cash is due at time of check in. It is fully refundable if the unit is returned in good condition. Rentals over 90 days: -One month security deposit due at time of reservation -One month rent due 15 days prior to arrival -Security deposit is fully refundable if the unit is returned in good condition ** Amount of security deposit varies upon unit, please call for verification. Cancelation Policies: -Reservation is refundable if canceled within 45 days prior to arrival -50% refundable if cancelled 45-15 days prior to arrival -Non-refundable if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival -Holiday Reservations are refundable within 60 days prior to arrival -Holiday Reservations 50% refundable if cancelled 60-30 days prior to arrival -Holiday Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
